Satyananda Yoga® is an integral yoga, based firmly in tradition and provides a systematic and comprehensive approach to living in the modern world.

It incorporates Hatha, Raja, Karma, Jnana, Mantra, and Bhakti Yoga. With an emphasis on safety and personal experience, it is flexible to suit the needs of all individuals.

Understand and prevent back trouble. Including a country walk and lovely vegetarian food

Yoga practice and philosophy

Yoga does not remove us from the realities or responsibilities of everyday life, but rather places our feet firmly and resolutely in the practical ground of experience.

Yoga is a science and not a vague dreamy drifting or imagining.

It is an applied science, a systematized collection of laws applied to bring about a definite change

4.00 Yoga and Breathing
6.00 Dinner
8.30 Evening Program
10.00 Bed Time

Integrating postures, breathing, chakras, meditation & deep relaxations.
There will also be periods of silence.
The food is vegetarian.
